
Baked Apples....a great detox diet recipe to try !
Ingredients:
- 2 apples (organic is best)
- 1/8 cup raisins
- 8 almonds
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup water
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut off tops of apple- don't throw tops away. Cut out the apple's core but don't puncture all the way through. Fill each core with half the almonds, raisins, and cinnamon. Fill the rest with water and replace the top. Put apples in a baking dish and bake
for 45 minutes. Makes 2 servings.These ingredients in this dessert are easy on the liver, as
